Mason got his first professional pictures taken! He did a very good job and has told us that he may want to have a career in modeling!

The winners of Mason’s Baby shower competition have been revealed.

The first prize goes to the person who guessed the birth date and time closest to the actual date. This goes to Anjie Jones. She had a guess of July 9th at 3:30 am. Only 32 hours off of the actual birth date and time.

The second prize goes to the person who guessed the closest weight and length. This part came down to the wire with two individuals that came really close. Since it was so close we have decided to award the main prize and also a runner up prize.
The winner of this prize is Great Grandma Shifflet. She guesses 7 lb. 7 oz. with 19.5 inches long. (Wow only 1 oz off on the weight and perfect on the length.)
The runner up prize will be awarded to Sierra Wilson who came in with a close second. She guessed 7 lb. 5 oz with 19 inches long. (She was only off by 1 oz. and 1/2 inch.)

It has now been 1 week since Mason was born. He is doing great. So far he has been really easy to take care of. He lets us sleep for 4 hours at night before he is hungry and needs to be changed. Once he is fed he goes right back to sleep. So Britt and I both hope he keeps up this routine! We just wanted to also say thanks to everyone for their support. We are excited to be parents and look forward to all the fun to come!

ITS A BOY!!! At 11:23 am on July 10th Mason was born. Britt went in to labor the previous night around 10pm. But after a long day of waiting it finally happened.

Mason Jeremy Stowell Weight: 7 pounds 6oz Lenght: 19.5 inches
