Stowellzone

Well it has been a long time coming and a lot of work. We finally finished framing the basement and now even have it sheet rocked, mud and taped. We also finished putting up all the rock on our fireplace. Lance and Britt did most of the work on putting up the rock. I was too impatient to try and figure out all the pieces. But check it out. They did a great job! So I guess our next steps will be to paint, put up the baseboards, tile, and finish some odds and ends with the bathroom. We are getting really excited to have it done so we can have some weekends off. I think Lance will be really excited to have some weekends too. And of course we had to pick this winter to do the basement. We took all our storage from the basement and put it in our garage. So we have had our cars outside all winter. I’m excited to actually get to use our garage for our cars again ! Well enough rambling, check out our pictures of our work.
